These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us.  By using our website in any way or buying from us you agree to be bound by them.

Goods and services
All of our products are subject to availability.  In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product to another of equivalent quality and value without notice.

We guarantee that the flowers will be fresh and of the best quality and will be prepared by a professional florist.

Prices
All prices are correct at the time of publication.  We reserve the right to change prices on certain products due to seasonal availability.

All prices include VAT

Delivery
Products will be delivered next day if ordered before 2pm unless otherwise specified.

The standard local delivery charge is £

Delivery costs of web orders may vary to those of telephone orders due to the difference in admin costs.

Delivery outside the local area is subject to availability and will have an extra charge.

We will try to deliver at a specific time, but cannot guarantee this especially over peak periods.

Special delivery terms apply where a 3rd party will accept receipt of your order, e.g. hotels or offices.  The signature of the authorised person will be accepted as proof of delivery and completion of order.

We will send an e-mail confirmation of your order to the e-mail address you provide.

Please ensure that you have included the full name and  address details including accurate post code and telephone number of the intended recipient and your telephone number so that we can inform you of any problems we have making the delivery.  We will not be liable for late or incomplete deliveries if these details are incorrect.

Please provide us with any more information that will help us make your delivery.

You must ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to accept the delivery.  If no one is present we will leave a card and attempt to make the delivery at a later time at our convenience.  This may incur a further cost

We do not deliver to hospitals.

We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We reserve the right not to include any personal message that may cause upset to the recipient.

Before confirming your order, please check all details are correct as this will only delay your order

Returns and cancellations
We hope that you are happy with your order. However, in the event that you do not receive what you have ordered or your order is damaged and, because of the perishable nature of the product, please inform us within 1 day of the receipt of your order.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery time .  Failing to do this may result in you still being charged for the order

General
We may make changes to our website, the content ,or to any of the goods at any time and without notice.

Data protection: we will never pass on any of the information that you give us to a 3rd party.  Once payment for your order has been received your financial details will be deleted from our system.

Our website may contain links to other websites.  We neither have power or control over the content of these websites.
